A woman’s body will always welcome her home.
Focusing on You
Check in…
Do you wake up feeling tired almost every morning?
Do you experience intense food cravings that don’t seem to go away, no matter what you try?
Do you look into the mirror and feel critical and unhappy about the reflection that you see?
Do you feel stressed, anxious, lethargic, unfocused, and just… not particularly awesome?
When something’s feeling “off” in your body, when you feel stuck in an unhealthy cycle, or when you feel confused and overwhelmed about how to feel better, working with a certified health coach can help.
My coaching style
My coaching style is gentle, intuitive, compassionate, and of course, confidential. I want you to feel completely safe to share what’s really going on in your body—and in your life.
Goals we can work on together
Understanding and reducing cravings.
Increasing your energy levels.
Making healthier food choices.
Upgrading your morning and bedtime routine.
Building consistency/momentum with new habits.
Finding healthy ways to de-stress.
Releasing old patterns (overeating, overworking).
Quieting the voice of your inner critic.
Tuning into your body’s needs.
Saying yes to self-care.
Building confidence and optimism.
Feeling “at home” within your body.
How It Works
I typically work with clients for 3-6 months.
My rate is $400 per month, which includes 3 forty-five minute phone sessions each month, along with a variety of resources (e-books, worksheets, audio recordings, etc.).
In between phone sessions, my clients are always welcome to email me to ask questions, share an update, or get some encouragement.
Ready to get started?
Please send an email to valerietookes(at)gmaildotcom to request a new client questionnaire and set up a free 30-minute phone consultation.
During this free consultation, I’ll share more about how health coaching works, and we’ll decide together if this type of process would be helpful to you right now.
I look forward to hearing from you!
